    how i can knowhow much speed i am using for the internet <<<KB>>

    I have a router that shared to 3 computer..

    ADSL 256KB ---> 3computers.

    Run a speed test on that computer to try and approximate it. Of course, routing a connection to three machines, you will find your speeds fluctuate based on how much each machine is sucking back at various times (i.e. page requests, downloads, etc)
