    Exactly how many Street Figther are there?

    I know there are lots of Alpha & Zero and yadda this and yadda that title...but exactly how many are there?

    Street Fighter II Rainbow Edition, which was a hack of Street Fighter II Champion Edition I believe. There was also a Street Fighter: The Movie game. For ****s and giggles, take a look at GameFAQs (www.gamefaqs.com) and plug Street Fighter into the search engine. You'll be not only surprised, but humored. :)

    They just couldn't count past two for a while there, could they? I mean, SF2:CE could easily have been labled #3. Failing that, SuperSF could have done the job as well. And what was with all the "Turbo" games?

    Well, those two "turbo" games in the kanon Street Fighter became the standard in all the other SFs that comes after it. It's basically just a tweak in speed so rounds go faster.

    Although, I'm pretty sure there was something else different about Super Street Fighter II Turbo, I just can't remember what it is off the top of my head. Wait...I think it was that you could use Akuma in SSFIIT. Yeah, that's it. They added in Akuma as a character as well as the Super Moves. Hard to use them though, as you have to recharge the guage every round.

    Edit: I'd say Super Street Fighter II could have been the start of Street Fighter III myself. CE was just so that you can choose the same character for player 1 and player 2, and to be able to pick bosses....
