Inu-Yasha How much longer

how much longer do u guys think inuyasha is ganan last cus seirously i dont want it to EVER end ='( :sad:

 

Well, it's difficult to say. There are a couple of factors that go into something like this.

First, you have the series popularity (manga and anime) in Japan. In general, if something is popular than it will last longer. Since Inuyasha is quite popular, I don't think there's too much to worry about on this front.

Second, you have Rumiko Takahashi's story. I'm fairly sure that she isn't going to continue things indefinitely because all good things must come to an end. Eventually, she is going to finish the story. At that point, Inuyasha will be over. However, seeing as there are still a whole lot of loose ends sitting around, I don't see the ending happening in the very near future.

So yeah. I really don't know how much longer it will last. I have a feeling it will be at least as long as Ranma 1/2 if it isn't already, but I don't think it will be as long as some other series, like Detective Conan.

My sister is really into Inu-Yasha and has told me there are more than 140 episodes.

 

There are. I currently have up through 145 (sans 142 because there are no seeders on BitTorrent for it right now), and it looks like it's still going on.
