Yes, I am making a manga, however it is not really crystal clear to me as to what it is going to be about... But I am thinking everyday so it should pop up soon!

 

For some reason I keep seeing a lot of similarities with existing characters, especially with Tetsuo and the last picture...

 

lol, yea u might say that but I really drew that one while reading one piece, so I dunno... plus all anime is is just copying one another anyway so it don't really matter. Almost every idea has already occured anyway.

and Nephilliam, I have always wondered this but are you by any chance an homeworld player? because I noticed you sig has the hiigaran symbol in it.

 

Eh, not sure about the "copying one another", but yeah, almost all the ideas are taken.

I also want to start my own manga! But knowing me I'll do like, maybe 3 pages and then give up because of all the work. Well, good luck with yours anyway!

And the pics are really nice. I like those bulletholes in the trenchcoat of that "too much Trigun" pic!

 

Heh, cool. That last picture reminded me of One Piece...it's the eyes I think. Anyway, I like the pictures, they very well done, number 4 and the last ones are my favourite.

 

Thanks a lot! Yea and definetly, that pic is most definetly one piece inspired I drew it after a large bout of reading it.

 

:sweat: Yeah. It's been driving me nuts myself. The most original thing I've ever done is my Kiddie Wars stuff and even though I did my best to be unique, I just can't help but think it's a messed up cross between azumanga and South park. :dizzy2:

 

hey, the last character kinda looks like monkey d. luffy from one piece... but hey! they look cool!

 

Here is another new pic, I did it for an art trade on DeviantArt. It is a character from a manga that I am not realyl familiar with, so I had a tough time drawing it. But I was really proud of how the coloring turned out.

You did a really nice job on the hair. Sometimes it can be so tempting to rush with colouring pencils, which means that they don't blend properly - damn my lazyness =( . But you did a lovely job of it.

All of your stuff has nice clean lines and a good finished look, so keep up the good work ^_^

 

Thank you so much! Yea and I know how tempting it can be to be lazy.... I was lazy wit that last one, I only spent about 20 mins or so coloring it, but I like it anyway!
