Take a cue from Ranma, make every physical activity some sort of training. It takes creativity, but you learn poise and if you concentrate on it, you actually are able to "work out".

Seriously, try walking by balancing yourself like, on a low rise...and do it fast, it works ur calves and concentration. Or do what I do, strap ten pounds to your ankles and go through the day. Even go through weights and stuff like that. Just keep going in small amounts the whole day, and you gradually lose what you want. Plus, it isn't SUPER strenuous either.

...Except playin' ball with those weights...

Lots of push ups and sit-ups, and drink PLENTY of Juice. Also, get off buses two stops early and walk the remainder.

I think jumping in place can be a good exercise if you do it for a while, runnings cool to. Once in school we had to do this exercise thing while watching a video, it was funky.>_< It started with a "T" I forgot what it was called.:p

That would be Tai-bo. Not as eastern as it sounds, it's american. Never tried it, but I don't like the look of it.

my room-mate just got these Winsor Pilates tapes in the mail.. their supposed to be reall good so I'll try'em out. Biking, and blading is awlways fun for me, some light weights and power walking ;) the occasional fight once in a while, throw a guy across a room gets the adrenaline pumping :p

I walk pretty much everywhere, and bike ride... but I'm usually just excercising my hands on the keyboard :p I have a fast metabolism though so I can't gain weight, I wish that I could sometimes though >.< Every chance that I have I work out in the gym as well.

    Re: ooo

I was thinking more along the lines of 'lying sack of s***, Legato' but that's not very peace-loving of me!

I do Tai Bo too which is fun, and some weights now and then.
