Anime I have a question

    I went to anime expo. last weekend, to see my
    favorite seiyuu, Tomokazu seki.
    At his panel they played this opening theme clip
    to a new anime. I has wondering if anyone
    went there and could tell me the name of the song
    and/or the anime.
