    For some reason..

My computer will not allow virus checks,
wont let me use AIM, Yahoo Instant Messanger, and other chat programs,
I can only access the internet via AOL,
and I cannot access online game servers (IE: Battlenet)

.......I think my computer has like a supervirus or something...

Holy cow, it's the "Everyone loves AOL virus"! Actually, I honestly don't know, but that's what it sounds like to me, is a virus of some type.

Could it be an ISP problem?

I think I know how to fix it! Cuz something like this happened to me. . . . . . ok, your security settings. . . . . .this might be it:

    1. go to the control panal
    2. click Network and internet connections
    3. click internet options
    4. and lower your security levels and if that doesnt work lower the privacy levels.

other wise try going to a Microsoft website and see if if they can help you. You could also try system restore which will take your computer back like a week or, before the problem started. (if you have windows XP) Hope this helps.

    Type 'msconfig'
Choose 'selective startup' in the General tab
Take the checkmark out of 'load startup items'
    Hit apply

Go to www.google.com, type in 'online virus scan'
The first result should be Trend Microsystem's Housecall.
Go through and run that virus scan.

I'm 'assuming' Fuuma doesn't know the site Ark gave... but Ark put a comma in his link which led to a 'no display page'

    www.google.com

    Corrected...
