if there was ever a live battle action movie

hey battle fans whats up, hey i have a question that i would like to ask, if they ever did a live action movie of battle of the planets, which cast can you see playing the characters and how do you think the special effects would be. i can picture them using a r2d2 modle of zark, later eagleclaw out

 

Wow, tough question. Zark would be pretty easy, as he's a robot and they can just build him. He was indeed modeled after R2D2.

Honestly, I would prefer the actors be a bunch of "no-names," because when you get well-known actors to play pre-established characters, it can throw the audience off. Compare Batman and Superman. When Christopher Reeve started with Superman, he was pretty much a no-name. But he developed the movie Superman without any baggage from other characters he played, so it went well. But with Batman, you had three actors that we all knew, and you had people saying things like:

"Michael Keaton is a comedian. He's Mr. Mom! He's not Batman."

"Val Kilmer as Batman? He should stick to chasing Tom Cruise down in jet fighters."

"How can we see George Clooney as anything other than Dr. Ross? Might as well bring in the rest of the ER cast for the other characters."

Now I know G-Force isn't as popular as Batman and Superman, but I think you know what I mean.
