Inu-Yasha If you could choose one inuyasha character to remove, which one would it be and why?

I personally would remove Kagome. She's completely useless!!! All she does is get in the way alot, and scream INUYASHA at the slightest sign of danger. I want to know everyone elses opinions.

 

There's really not one i'd remove. Since I think it's the perfect anime, but i'd have to say Jaken. He just gets on my nerves.

 

Hmmm... I dont like Jaken much either and thre is no point for him so i would say him... yeah.

Also i would like to say u would still not have much of a story without Kagome...

 

I wonder if you read the responses to that other thread...

Anyway, I don't think any character should be removed. The series was made the way it was with good reason. The author wrote it the way she did because that's how she wanted it to be. If you removed a character, it wouldn't be the same. Sure, you might still have a story, but it wouldn't be as interesting.

And, I think that if a person thinks a character is useless, that it's simply that they haven't seen why they should be appreciated.

That said, I don't really have a least favorite character, either. Everyone in the show was pretty cool in my books.

After 160 episodes and he doesnt die? I mean cmon. When i say Naraku i dont mean from all of the anime i just think he should have been defeated a while ago.

LOL... that would be a bit weird, with Kagome being Kikyo's reincarnation and all =P

Anyway, once upon a time I might have said Kikyo, but I couldn't imagine the series without her now. I love all of the characters too much to want to see any of them go <3

 

Kagome.....if she wont confess, she's uselsess to me.

In anime, things usually work out...so who needs Kagome!?

Inuyasha does.

All of the characters seem important in their own right, so removing them would affect the storyline, no matter how little.

But if I HAD too, maybe a filler character. =/

 

All the characters usually have a part in the series so I don't see any point in removing them. Sure some have a teeny bit in the story and the series could go one without them, but I don't see the point. ^__^;

 

Most yuri/Yaoi pairings are.

 

Especially the rabid fan ones. XD

 

I will have to say Kikyou for now. All she does is get in the way of IY and Kag relationship.

Unless she does take Naraku to hell she could be gone. I know I wouldn't hate that at all.

But I must admit I do like how she adds these feelings towards IY. Making him all messed up.

Be fore warned there is some obscene language unsuitable for children lol... but that about sums it up except that i actually like Inuyasha a bit... and think Kikyo should be out... she hasnt much any influence. Just the same as jaken, who seems never to add anything but a little green frog who annoys people....

 

Um.. Shippo, again.. I think they need to cut off his tail and make a purse or something out of it. Now then he would have meaning to his life.

If I could remove anyone, I wouldn't it. Bu you know its not like kagome means to be useless, it just that she's human, and since demons don't come in our home and destroy our villages all the time, its not like you can not be scared. Also I don't thinks shes that useless. what about taking care of shippo or the bows? I think shes pretty cool.

 

I don't think you can really take away any of the main characters without the story changing....

But Jaken is so pointless and stupid that i would be happy to see him wiped out

 

I would take out Kikyo all she does is stay in the human world shes dead ok just leave inuyasha and kagome alone he likes you but not love you just leave so kagome will feel comfortable around him just LEAVE
