Anime In Hikaru no Go...

    Is there anyone that was sad that Sai left.
    I nearly cried when Sai visited Hikaru in his dream.

    I was sad for about 3 chapters, then realized that Hikaru was/is better off without him.

    For all of Sai's tutelage, it still left Hikaru with a weakness that he is playing with a game that's not his own.

    That, and I think that Hikaru needed Sai's leave to grow up.

    Besides, Sai's still there, playing through Hikaru.

    And, in any case, I was more surprised that I didn't realize Hikaru really did grow up from the first few chapters. More and more bishounen, as each chapter goes by....

    hmm I was sad. I was surprised.. I wondered how the show could continue haha.
    What made me sad was how Hikaru and Sai parted. Hikaru didn't realize the friendship he had and how much Sai meant to him until he was gone. I'm sure Sai knew. I was really happy when Hikaru realized Sai was in the go board and he could be with Sai anytime if he played.
