I was bored and I went to an online Japanese to English dictionary and typed it in. Aparently, Yasha means "female demon" :D (http://www.freedict.com/onldict/jap.html)
But it dosn't list Inu. Does anyone know what the full name means?

Only a true idiot would not know what the name means. It's kinda sad u gotta ask. It means dog-demon. Kinda obvious. Just a little bonus Narakue means hell:D . Not to be mean or anything though.

This question came up before (you probably could have found it using the Search feature).

To answer your question here, so I don't have to send you hunting, "Inuyasha" means "Dog Demon." Yes, "yasha" itself means "female demon," and I'm not sure what Takahashi-sempai was planning when she named Inuyasha that, but oh well. "Inu" itself means "dog." Most dictionaries will tell you that.

I'm closing the thread now as a duplicate. Please search before posting topics, especially if they're questions as they may have been answered already.
