Eirtaku Irish and British

Do Irish people still hate British people? I was wondering because i was in a chat and a bunch of irish people were flaming a british guy.

there are still irish people who don't like british people, there are still irish people who don't like black people, and there are still irish people who don't like french people.

there is a certain anti-english sentiment behind alot of irish jokes and suchlike, but most of it is idle humour and only a small stupid few take it seriously.
