Music irish bands

hi all,

i'm looking for irish bands... i link lots of different musics, but especially metal...
i enjoy listening to extreme/black metal (anorexia nervosa, cadaveria, cradle of filth, children of bodom) but also heavy like rhapsody or freedom call.

i also enjoy ska (ska p, skunk) punk (uncommenmenfrommars, green day) and lots of others...

so if you have some irish band to advise me to listen at, just tell me !

 

i suppose you could check out www.metalireland.com only been there once or twice myself but they'd be able to answer your question better


"corrupted" are a good irish metal band, saw em up in galway last year.

this is a good message board for Irish metal. But from what I gothered there's a pretty good etreme metal scene in Dublin and there's a lot of good bands from the north too. There's always metal gigs somewhere in Dublin. MetalIreland would be the best place to the the gig dates.
