Recentily I have used all search engines and when I was searching they brought up some strange search engines.

I think when you use a search engine you shouldn't have to use another one to find it.

I must say that hotbot and lycos has brought up one due to their sponsores.

Way back when we used to google our names it's no longer fun. :(

So do you also that that the search engines are losing their appeal?

I know we still need them but still come on. I don't want to search for something and then have to search again.

I say nope, short and simple, just putting this for the character limit, I'm done now ^^

What are you searching for that makes you search other engines?

I admit, sometimes I'll see a Yahoo search link on the google list, but it's not that often. Maybe I just know what I'm searcing for?

    Whistles. Anyway.

I think some may have to do with MSN. Well there is the butterfly.

    Here is some I got.

    http://www.find.tl/
    http://search.tj/
    http://search.ug/
    http://find.uz/

Let's look at the images for now.

    Detective Academy Q on google.

    http://images.google.com/images?svn...ct=result&cd=1&q=+Detective+Academy+q&spell=1

There is a picture of a dog. Using the part Detective Academy only.

So let's quote it. Generally it allows searching using that exact phrase.

    http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&q=+"Detective+Academy+q"&btnG=Search

Second page picture of a smiley face. As you can see this is 1 in like 81 not bad. But some searches all I get are crap.

DA Q is the alternative title. It's actually called Tantei Gakuen Q
    http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&q=Tantei+Gakuen+Q&btnG=Search

Samurai 7 image even though on the website there is actually TG Q information.

There is also the fact that there are broken URL’S. I wouldn’t doubt that everyone has run into that.

You get the image hosted by blah a lot also.

As the internet grows search engines are seemingly picking up garbage URL’S.

It used to take seconds to find what you were looking for not minutes on some newer and harder things to find. Like certain manga translations.
