Trigun is it going anywere?

i just finised downloading episode 1 to 5, and i have watched no 1 to 3, and nothign is really happenning, just differant story lines all the time, so is anythign going to happen? like a main storyline? cus if it isnt theres no point in downloading more, does anythign happen? or is it just differant strorys for each episode?

 

Most people get this same problem... they get put off by the first few episodes because it is utterly random... and it is!. The first few episodes are mainly designed for character development, seeing their outside and inside personality... i.e. Vash - cool and cheeky, but unwilling to fire the gun for his 'reasons'. The story actually starts on episode 12 - Diablo, but until then, just enjoy the comedy and reasoning to Vash's motives. You will not get disappointed if you have watched other gun or bounty hunter animes such as Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star. After watching it you will understand why this is sometimes said to be the best anime.

Keep on watching and don't switch off...

 

Also, after "Diablo" the story goes downhill again, it really picks up at about episode 17 or so. Just keep watching, trust me it gets really good later on!

I had the same problem after downloading the first 5 episodes, it seemed to be extremely random, all over the place... It gets more interesting and focused later.

All i can say is keep watching it gets way better!!! i never miss an episode!!!i'm hoked on it. its vitale to my everyday life. i couldn't live if i missed an episode!!
