is it just me, or does everyone else associate the avatars of aperson to their actual looks?? i am starting to think that my sister(+ annovachan +) is ayla and everyone elseis their avatars...
so does anyone else think this, or am i just a big, fat, dumb loozer?

Seeing how i have no avatar to look like me >=( hehehe ya know why.. but this matches the personality great. No one here can say they havent been confused... when neoB begins to talk this thing (whatever it is is sooooo kute!) yeah exiz... if she wasnt a gurl would look like Seph... hehe they do seem to match personalites a bit

 

hmm this is starting to sound like an old fav thread of mine (whyd ya pick your avatar) its been dead a while though...time for new hotness (sorry just saw the movie) ive never seen slayers but this lina seems to have all the expressions that just describe me to a tee! tis great ^-^ so yeah

 

well, I dunno about the avatars looking like the person, but I sure got used to seeing the avatars and identifying it with the person.

So whenever someone changes their avatar, I'm like, "whoa, who's this?" and then I see the name...:dizzy2:

 

Same here, I like to believe that the avatar ppl selected look similar to their actual looks. Since I usually choose characters the resemble me in some way, I like to believe that others do the same.

but then if that were true, people would look at my avatar and go "hmmmm... a sketch on black paper that can not only use a comp, but can also type post, huh? well u dont see that every day". jk jk jk.
but, no, i dont pick specific avatars to match me. and i dont expect other people to do the same, but the avatars are usually the main way i identify people.
thats why i get annoyed when people pick the same avatar as me.

I always assume people look like their avatars unless proven otherwise. Always confuses me when they change avies too.

 

Yeah I hate it when people change avatars. I always assosiate them with the avatars.
Although I chose my avatar because he's a big ogre dude.
I don't look like him but I chose him because he was a big ogre dude. All the others were either taken or were just wusses.
Mostly wusses.
The majority of anime guys look like wusses.

Unfortunately I don’t look like Vicious, except the longish hair, but mines not white
But like drunklep I assume people look like their avatars on till i see they dont.

i dont look a thing like ayla. she has yellow hair. shes a cavewoman. not me! not me at ALL! (I have brown hair) (obviously).

but, when in the rpg, sometimes the only way i can know who who is, i see the avatar and i think, "Oh, yeah, that person."
