    to play a n64 or GC game in an american console?

    I know with a DC, you can go on the internet, and download a translating thing, so maybe theres a way for those. ^_^ By the way, possible isn't spelled with one s.

    thanks for replying, i've been told that american systems use NTSC codification and Japanese PAL so a japanese game wont run in an american console...anyways...i wanted to buy Evangelion for N64, but i don't know if itll run...

    Correctimundo, there. You'd not be able to run an import PAL in your NTSC console. Tough break. :p

    not sure about n64, but you can with the cube. any who dares to question that can direct them to myself or zanth. we both have soul calibur 2, which isn't out stateside yet. you get a thingie i call, action replay. it's a cheating device, but it also allows the play of import games. you pop the disc in, turn the cube on, select free loader, and then open the lid and put in the import when it says.

    also, the format is the same as japans, i mean, if you can play gackt dvd's, which are region free, then hey. but again, zanth would know more on that too...i'm not much into the technical aspect of this stuff
