Cowboy Bebop Is it true?

I heared that Spike dies in the last episode. Is this true?:sad:

 

Ah yes,

Bebop, being the first series I ever saw was, to say the least, gutwrenching!

How could they let spike die

Isn't this supposed to be happy ever after

I loved it! Shocking stuff

 

That said, Blue was the perfect song to end the series on

I knew beforehand, I'm not sure how. Probably just picked it up from innuendo and the like, so I wasn't at all suprised. I still quite liked the ending though.

 

Yes the ending was great. I think the music before the fight scene made the entire episode, well that and the ending song.

 

I agree, the whole last episode was amazing!

 

I didn't like when Spike died, (well, who would?)
but it was a good way to end the series.

Doesn't it just amaze you to think that someone could come up with such a great piece of perfection we know as Cowboy Bebop?How does one create a perfect balance between characters, music,pop culture,humor,depth,and great animation.Only one phrase describes this series: "Wow,Did that just happen.......?"

 

I still havent seen all the sessions but everything Ive seen has been Taped, about 12.

Its the best anime Ive seen, ever. Vicious and Tragic, with some very funny parts, Eg. Speak like a Child, with VHS and Betamix.

oh my god i couldn't believe it when i saw it
i didn't want to believe it . he should have stayed with faye like she wanted him to he should have listened to jet when he talked to him. faye should have shot his dumb *** so he couldn't get up and walk out. but he just had to go out and save julia had to do this for julia hhad to do that for julia had to walk out and get his *** killed just like he did cause he was hardheaded and didn't listen to any one .:shy3:

I think you're the first person to talk about the last episode like that.He wasn't hardheaded.He simply needed proof that he was actually alive.And then he found out that he was actually dead the whole time.Isn't that sad?And Faye didn't shoot him because she understood how he felt.He had to confront his past head-on.Just like she did(see Session #24 "Hard Luck Woman").

i understand what your saying now but what i said was kind true and it was kinda worng a lil in the mix yeah i know faye understood but she still had feelingz for him if you were in love would you want him to go out and get killed just to see if he was sleep or alive ?

 

I understand what you're saying,but if you truly love someone,wouldn't you want them to be happy?Plus,I don't think she could've stopped Spike even if she wanted to.

 

The ending was gutwrenching to say the least, but I think that in a good way. Spike can finally rest, and Vicious is gone . It ties most things up nicely and does not leave you wondering what will happen next, and if they will make more CB.

 

I think Blue was a great song to end the series.

Also... i think that the only way to actually apperciate the ending to this series is to see every episode before this one (yes... that means 1-25) because of the story line of Spike's past. Once you know that. The ending fits perfectly with the storyline.

I mean... think of if Spike just waltzed out of that fight with Vicious unharmed (and u knew the storyline) That would SUCK BIG TIME!!!
