Ok, the antagonist in the series is Isaac, right? and when Hitomi returned back to her world the first time, and was in class, the teacher was talking about Isaac Newton (brain refresh: you know, the dude that discovered gravity). So what i'm asking here is that do you believe that Dornkirk/Isaac is the inventor Isaac Newton. Yes, i know it sounds odd

Yup. There are hints all over through the series - most notably the constant references to gravity (not just in Hitomi's class, but also when Dornkirk and Folken refer to Fate Alterations), and the mention that Isaac was unable to turn lead into gold. It's a well-known fact that Isaac Newton experimented with alchemy.

Not to mention Allen and Vahn are the names of two gravity rings around Earth.
    I believe it. ^^

Actually, it's just one ring, the "Van Allen Belt". But yes, this could have been the inspiration for those two names. :p And yes, I'm fairly certain the Issac in the show is of the Newton variety.

Well, the essentially tell you that Dornkirk is Issac Newton near the end of the series...you know, when he's talking to Hitomi? Telling her his life's story?

Of course, as soon as I heard him refer to himself as Issac when he was talking to Allen's father I thought "Holy crap! It's evil Issac Newton!"

...then I was very scared when I turned out to be right. Sometimes intuitions like that shouldn't be right.

*LOL* Yeah, I had the same experience. The constant gravity references were kind of nagging at me, and then when it was revealed that his name is/was Isaac... Yeah. >.>

Only in anime can Isaac Newton become a 200-year-old villain hell-bent on screwing with the fates of nations through strange, pseudo-scientific means. XD GOD I love anime. Seriously, who needs drugs when you have plot devices like that?

I thought it was genius. =D More anime needs to be like that.

When I first thought that it was who it might be, I was all serious and told a friend. We were quiet for a second then burst out laughing. Like THAT would happen. =3

    A-hah. A-hah. xD xD

    Ah, yes. Thank you. =3

I had some other connections, too. I'm such a dork I made a huge-*** list. Gotta find that...
