Studio Key Works Kanon: Impressions? (possible spoilers)

So, I finally finished watching Kanon. Let me say, it's *vastly* different from Air. I think now that the only thing connecting Kanon with Air is the creator.

Anyway, it was very different, but it was no less beautiful. I loved every second of it. I think, I'll have a very hard time picking a favorite anime series, now.

Like all good series, it made me cry, and still had everything work out alright in the end.

I'd have to say the only thing I didn't like about it was that every time Yuuichi "finished" with a given character (Mai, Shiori, Makoto, etc), they disappeared. They were shoved to the backburner to be ignored until the final episode. In Makoto's case, I can understand, given the circumstance, but what about Mai? Shiori? Where did they go after their "arc" finished? That's the only disappointment I found in the series,

What about the rest of you? All two people who've seen Kanon p), what did you think of it? What impression did it leave on you when you first saw it?

Let me just ask you, you know that feeling you get when you just finish a series or movie that you really love, where you feel sad, even if it had a happy ending, and you miss the characters because you feel like you've come to know them so well? I've got that right now. :sad:

Well, I'll go watch Kanon: Kazahana. Maybe that'll help.

atleast they did for me

and Kanon was my all time favourite anime
I wish they'll make a second season for it

and WAITED for 4 years for a torrent, which I finaly found and it took me 2 months to get all of it, and I'd do it again, I'd dl all of it over 56k, SHARED 56k
now what anime can you say you'd do that for?
