Does anyone have information on the Kenshin manga? Like where can I find it? Has anyone translated it, or is there a bilingual version?

Various fans around the net have been on and off for the Kenshin Manga Translation...I think the only real prominent scan site these days is Tales of the Swirly-Eyed Samurai.

Of course, pretty much as of the manga has also been translated into text/html by Maigo-Chan, so you could get by without bilingual if you so desired...

Can't help with official release though...I don't believe it has been licensed yet outside of Japan. Should be picked up soon, though. It's a superb series. :)

As I remember that there was a website that contains the manga (not the writing, the actual magazine with english writing) and you can download them by the series.
If only I can find it again  !!

The Tales of the Swirly-Eyed Samurai place... that has the actual pages with english text and stuff, used to go there all the time, used to be so psyched when they updated and such.

    Spanish version of Kenshin

Editorial Ivrea, of Argentina and Spain, has been publishing the Kenshin saga since early 2001. Now they are about the relese the 7th takoubon. It comes as if it where the original, (i.e. the sense of reading is japanese (right to left), and the translation is quite good (albeit in spanish).

Ivrea's books can be obtained in argentina, chile, uruguay and spain (and perhaps elsewhere in europe)

    Kenshin Manga page

    Cover of Takoubon No. 7

I have to admit that I don't like a lot histories about people slicing themselves in twice, but I like this manga because 1) Kenshin's point of view about several things. 2) It mixes history with fiction, and it does it pretty well.
