Kenshin's scar

just to let people know, i think this is funny, when you see kenshin's scar when hes looking at the side, and talks, his mouth moves but his scar doesnt, looks funny, just wanted to say that

 

technically only the bottom part should but oh well...thats just one of those odd things in anime...

 

i guess, it was my stupid friend who brought this up, pissed me off, i was happier knowing it didnt move

Its just one of those anime things like eyebrows jumping off their head (actually thats in a lot of cartoons not just anime) and unreal and physically impossible like sometimes on sailormoon and Trigun and many others their heads get very very big when theyre yelling or the swirly eyes are not real either :dizzy2: Well now im just going on and on you guys get the idea.

 

But wouldn;t it look kinda scary if his scar did move? *imagines it* Ack! :dizzy2: I'm gonna have nightmares!

 

well this isnt unreal just odd. in episode 10 the title screen shows Aoshi with his *TWIN* kodachi...

 

Another wierd thing about Kenshin is that he is TEN years older then Karou, isnt that just freaky? (arnt they supose to be in love or something?):dizzy2:

well...the first scar might symbolize how his life is not gonna change...or be the same being a Hitokiri...then he gets one from Tomoe which might mean the end of his Battousai days...and it doesn't dissappear which means the battousai will alwyas be a part of him...i dunno...i like to think of it that was...hee

 

it begins to fade after defeating Enishi...because Tomoe had nothing against him anymore...er well in a sense she didnt...

 

or because by defeated Enishi he had truly defeated all his lost ties within his past...but that too...

 

well the superstition says that a sword wound with emotion behind it will never fade.

 

I don't think it should've faded, I mean, even after he defeated Enishi. It's part of him, and his past.

 

well yeah but he delt with his past...all the emotion connected with it was resolved...

would you let someone put a big x-shaped scar on your face? i just thought of this and i thought, hey it wouldnt hurt to ask. if this kinda of thread has been made before, just tell me and then close it. sorry if it has been made before tho.
