Manga Kodocha: Sana's stage

this is a really good shojou manga but Miho Obana. its a comedy about Child star Kurata Sana who tries to fix everyone's problems...but there are a lot of problems around her...over all its an excellent series and quite worth a read through...there are 10 mangas in the series...with the 10th installment just recently out.,,

 

I have the first book! I think it's really good. Of course, I never got around to getting the second... I don't think I will too. Too many other series I'm trying to buy up!

I love the EVIL HAYAMA MONSTERS... very cute.

its a great series with a few plot twists that you wouldnt expect...

 

Would guys enjoy this? My female neighbor offered to lend it to me, but I declined cuz it looked too girlie. I wouldn't mind reading shoujo manga like Kare Kano or other "mature"-looking manga. So is it good enough that I shouldn't be embarassed to read it in front of manly guys (like my friends)?

 

well i loved it and im a guy so i would just go for it...i think everyone should read a good shoujo manga once in a while...

 

I LOVE those books, they're my favorite. But I dont own any, tho because i just borrow them from my friend or read them at the bookstore :sweat: I think akito hayama is cute, (but has issues), and sana and hayama make the CUTEST couple. oh yea i like Fuka too :anime:

 

Well, I have the first five volumes in Japanese, and it's taking me a while to read them. The language used (level-wise) isn't all that difficult, but I've been very busy. *sigh* However, what I have read is excellent and I need to get the rest of the series. Probably not going to buy the translations, but that's more of a personal quirk than anything else.

I've also seen the anime. Well, the first 30-some-odd episodes of the series, at any rate. I'm hoping (kinda against all reason) that some company will pick up the anime and license it. It's just one of those series that makes me feel better and less stressed. You need series like that, no matter what the format you find them in.

This is definitely a shoujo series, but I know lots of guys who like it. If you like something that deals with people and more or less normal lives, I think you'll like this series. Doesn't really matter if you're a guy or a girl.
