haven't been CGing lately cos of RO ^^;
it's kyouko from Black Cat ^_^
i love black cat XD train is soo cute~ i don't really like kyouko.. actually she's just.. there ^^; i think her hair should be a lil longer than this.. and the arm's kinda strange.. actually i was going to draw fire coming out of her hand but kaoru mentioned that she doesn't use fire but heat ^^; so i put a heart there instead~ and hmm.. i think her breasts are too small? XD in the manga they're like O_O well not that big XD but i always draw small boobs so yeh T_T yargh why am i talking bout boobs anyways -_-

 

So cute! I think you should re-draw the jaw line though. But I like the design!

 

I've never heard of Black Cat before (except for the song by Turbo!). It's a nice, pretty simple drawing.
