Art La Sagrada Familia WIP

    Yep this is another work in progress im doing. This one started out as a sketch of a building called "la sagrada familia" (sacred family in english) . Its a building that was started on the early 1800's or so in spain and is still being constructed today . Very beautifle building ive been there many times , infact i used to live there (barcelona spain) about 4-5 blocks away from the building when i was younger. i dont really remember the buildign much so most of it is by memory and some refrences that really didnt help .. lol

    - anyways as i started to progress with this sketch i started to turn it into more of my style , more medieval-ish and fantasy like. liek i said thats my type of style , but anyways i have much much much more to go on this .. not even close to done x_x

    You chose a very interesting angle for us to see. This is all from your head? its great! I do wonder what the actual building looks like though, and how much artistic liberty you took in making it medieval. I can't wait to see the finished product :)

    but i dont find it medieval, more like apocalyptic, must be the sky:)

    well it does look gothic. will you be adding stained glass windows? :p

    Actually, I was thinking it was more Romanesque. :p But seriously, I do believe the architecture of that particular building is Romanesque, not that it really matters. It looks good. Very nice, especially since you're doing it straight from memory.

    Its very good and also a little spooky. I like it though and would want to see it in real life.

    Lol, ya, you know my crits, I think some guy should stand on top of the tower and yell out "MHUAHAHAAA! I SHALL PWN THE WORLD!"

    haha fly .. hey not a bad idea ... i could put like a demon up there on the sky with his hands out geting struck by the lightning XD
    thanks for the replys peoples and yeah i think i will add some stained glass windows .

    UPDATE - well not much of an update but this is what it hink it will look like at the end , ofcourse the original b&w aint finished , but it will be like this when it is ..
