Here's the thing- I have a webcomic on keenspace, but their layout is basically just a blank page. Now, I haven't much html skill and was wondering if anybody could help me out.

The comic is currently on hiatus- until my layout is less...bland.

    Thanks,
    MT

The layout is basically...nothing. Here's the link, and you can see for yourself:

    Albatross

I'd like something simple, like just a background and maybe a different font.

You can grab Dreamweaver or some other HTML editing program.

See, even if you know HTML, that won't solve your layout problems. You have to be a designer too! (i.e. drawing buttons, playing with fonts, etc...

In other words, you might need photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks, etc.

    As for HTML, it's EASY!!!

it can just be described as TAG SOUP. Wanna change your font? use the <font> tag. Want to add an image? Use the <img> tag. There are hundreds of html tutorials out there just for you to digest them. :)

In anycase you want to do a layout design, just a warning:

DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT, use Microsoft Frontpage. It really screws things up.

Now if you want the easy solution, try this:

"Will hire web designer for my comic webpage! Simple. I use paypal".

And you'll get a designer right away!

    :p

    Anyway, good luck.
