Anime Look and behold!

    My fiancé walked past a scrap machine in the hallway of his work and came across this. look and behold! the machine too good to be used and sent to the trash heap!
    (I know its missing an 'I') its really funny and surprising what names people come up with. is 'Nadesico' a flower of some sort?

    Wow that is odd this is most likely a conidence or is it an avid fan that named his company Nedesco just so they wouldn't get sued by the creators of Nedesico makes you wonder doesn't it

    most likely a Japanese machine with the logo on it. it was at a car/suv manufacturing plant for GM/Suzukis.

    I think that it's some kind of flower, because the other battle cruisers are named after flowers too (Crocus, Pansy, etc.) I wonder what the Jovians would think being attacked by a Pansy..

    I'm pretty certain that nadesico is some sort of flower, but I'm not certain where I can get a picture of this flower.. I've already searched the net. Does anyone else know?

    oh my! I wasn't paying attention fully to aknowledge there was a Pansy in the mix!!! 'Fight back ya Pansy! ..Pansy is on the assault.. oh no!

    The carnation. In the Japanese language of flowers, they are associated with Mother's Day just like in the West, and mean passion. While the red carnation might stand for Christ's blood, the pink carnation was supposed to have sprung from Mary's tears according to one legend, and thus became a symbol of a mother's love.* Sakura's mother in CCS is named from this flower, as is the title ship in Martian Successor Nadesico. An interesting side note is that the enemy the Nadesico crew is after are known as the Jovians, and the carnation is also known as Jove's Flower.

    I assume the logo of Nadesico is the one in this picture. I forgto for a while. so it shows a carnation petal. with the cerated edges.

    It's a sign.....from sapce.....the real Nadesico is coming...... or ......something????

    I don't know.

    It is weird though. What is it off? an engine or what?
    You shoulld try and find out were it came from and who left it there.
