Creative Writing Losing Her.

She keeps you close, she hugs you tight.
She teaches you the wrong from the right.

Her eyes were open for your first steps,
Her eyes closed as she put you to bed.

Her love was contagious, her voice always sweet.
She marveled at your first words, calling them a feat.

She made you feel secure, always safe.
She taught you not to judge, belittle or hate.

But now your dear angel has been taken to god.
You speak at her eulogy to a collective nod.

They miss her and loved her, but not like you.
Noone can do what she could do.

Your hero, your teacher, your mother.
She can be compared to no other.

 

Thx lucky... you brought back some happy memories of someone... reading this might have reminded me of some bad things too but i remembered someone and i thank you... and i mean that with all my heart....

 

It really does remind me of my mom. I feel like crying for some reason now.........

 

Writing this, I realized just how much I love my mother. No matter how much we fight, she's been there and I wish I could tell her just what she means to me. Guys, I hope everyone can relate to how much impact a family member can have on you. They love you regardless of your flaws. That's unconditional and completely true. Mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers..They will always love you no matter what.
