Video Games Lufia 2

    Hi guys. I was going to ask... (Ok I AM going to ask).

    Have you guys played "Lufia 2: Rise of the sinistrals"?

    How does it compare (in your opinion) to the Final Fantasy games?
    Ups, downs?

    One of the things that I loved of this game was the music. I think it even surpasses Final Fantasy (as for the first games that is, I haven't played 7 or up).

    What do you think?

    It's *almost* as good. Story's a bit funnier...but it's just not as fit together as FF stories in general. Too classic King-Arthur style story....'cept in this case it's the Dual Blade.

    Lufia was just as bad because it's the same story, but his protege goes through it. Star Wars styled story...:p

    The music was okay, just as I think of MANY SNES games. I'll withold my opinion on that until I hear the ACTUAL orchestrated musics.

    Gameplay rocked in that it was much much more involved that FF. Ya had to shoot things, and some puzzles just pissed me off until I had a little outside help. Plus the fact that a lot of the fights can be accomplished with one hand...something VERY useful for level building. Ya don't have to turbo on your controller all the time, just double tap right to keep the fight command going. It's sweet, and I could just read a mag while doing so.

    Good game overall. I was kinda surprised on WHICH girl Maxim (not the magazine) ends up with. And I can't forget the relics and special maneuvers...some of which saved my @#$ a LOT.

    oh i love this game i think that its way better than some FF games 2,4,8,10.

    although it stil can't compare with the one for game boy color. (Lufia the legend returns GBC)

    I love Lufia 2. ^_^;;

    And in my opinion, Lufia 2 is better than some of the Final Fantasy games.
