Lupin the third.... what can you say about this show? Hot chicks using guns, robbing banks, greatness!!! But if only they weren't drawn so crappy!(Exept Fujiko).

Lupin the III is a classical anime. I am pretty sure that every anime otaku have seen Lupin the III. Great anime, a really classical.

Mr Miyazaki is one of the directors behind it, and it was one of his first works. He also directed the Lupin movie: " Lupin III: Castle of Cagliostro ".

I have the movie on DVD, proud of it too :)

Clasical, yes, that's the word for it. Ahhh the "classics", bring back good ol' times don't they?

I never saw it, but I would like to since it's such a "classic" :) But I don't really know where to start, any suggestions?

Well, i say you watch the first episode, it's when they obviously introduce Lupin, and then, the episodes that they introduce his "teamates". I can't tell you wich nuber of episodes those are, because i can't remember wich episodes they were. I don't really think you need to know how they got with him, it's preety much the same. After that, you can watch the episodes in any order you like, it's not like most of them follow a story pattern. They would be like cases! Once it's solved, you can go on to the next! But it doesn't matter wich on you solve first (for most episodes), you're still gonna see all the same, and it doesn't change the story that much.....at least that's how i feel about it......

I gotta try to be a little bit less complex, eh?

I would say that it is a so-so show. Not good not bad. But they could draw the characters a little better.

It's draw like that because it's old school anime. From a long long time ago....

But seriously, i don't think there's nothing wrong with it, it's just the way that the old animes were drawn, so for it's time, it's good. Still, it's because we live in these times that anime looks superb, that we expect all anime to look like that eh? So maybe, that's why some people don't like it..

I like it. It is funny, and I like to she what kind of crime there going to do next. I don't really see that much of a problem with the way it is drawn. It isn't so bad that you can not watch it, it is just a differnt style. Darn Fujiko never know what she is going to do.

Ah the ol' days when Adult Swim showed lots of good stuff together (A.T.H.F, InuYasha, Trigun, Case Closed, Cowboy Bebop, Lupin III [2Am show, meaning off to sleep most of the time after that]).

All I have left is the countless movies, but I'm just looking forward to the LAST one.

I liked it actually. The characters weren't drawn to greatly but still it is watchable. I like the cop whatever his name is. He is a complete idiot.

Lupin The III pretty good anime other than the drawing.....some of the plots were stupid like no other. But other than that Lupin's constant Chasing of fugiko. But i would watch it if it was on. But i don't think adult swim is playin it anymore which is kind of a shame.
