Manga Manga Review!!!!

Hi guyz,
ive not been on here long and have only really recently watched Anime and Manga alot.
I tend to rent alot of dvds now but am curious which ones are definately good and which ones to steer clear of.
I recently came across one called Tokyo Revelation and wondered if you guyz could give me a brief review or even a out of 10 rating. according to my dvd rental website there is only 1 reviewer and he sed it was pish, bad animation and bad storyling, prettymuch bad anything, but i tend to trust anime and manga fans here more than i'll trust some guy that rented it.
Also any dvd's you'd implicitly encourage me to rent then please add them here.
I have just finished watching Devil Man, Golgo 13, and Monster City which were all pretty damm good... but by all means list away.
