Hai! Hai!! Watashimo!!:anime: Watashiwa marmalade boyoh daisukidesu!!! I love marmalade boy!! AND I got two of my best buds hooked on it too!!! I own 5 of the 8. I have a lot of other manga that I collect such as dragon knights, kodocha, fruits basket, clamp school dectectives, man of many faces and...ehto...many more. But I don't have any money so I can't buy any new manga. What do you like most about marmalade boy? I love Miki and how got going and ready to spill her feelings to her closest friends without batting an eye. heehee Yuu is amazing too. But Miki is what my friend loved the most because she was really funny. heehee..:anime:

I LOVE MARMALADE BOY!! I got soo many friends hooked on it. My friend Bubbles, C.T., D.B.E. But the bad thing is they're always coming up to me and asking if I git the next one. If they really want it then they can go buy it themselves. I have 4 books, 2-5.
I wanna watch the anime too. The funny thing is Bubbles hates manga, but loves Marmalade Boy. And I have recently gotten addicted to Kodocha also. In less than two weeks I got two books, but I had to do some overtime babysitting for the money. And I am also addicted to Rumiko Takahashi's 2 great series, Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2. I like the whole Fiancee thing. I collect CLAMP work, Yu Watase, and I have Kazan and Maico 2010 (not that well known but great none the less). Hmmm. I rant too much. Anyway, Marmalade Boy is totally great, Praise Wataru Yoshizumi. ^_^

Wow, serious Clamp fan in the house.

    8-]

Can't say I blame you though. Quick question though, I'm having a hard time drawing the connection between Marmalade Boy (published by Ribon, Manga-ka: Wataru Yoshizumi) and Clamp... Care to explain how you made that one? (aside from Clamp producing primarily Shoujo series) I'm a pretty big Wataru Yoshizumi fan, Minto na Bokura being a personal favorite from her works.

Now, about that site... are you talking untranslated manga here? If so, and the shipping is reasonable, I may find my preference for buying straight from Japan switched (for at least my smaller orders).

Oh, and at least in the case of the anime (I'm not sure if it's true for the manga off hand) Angelic Layer was quite definately a Shonen series. (I'm sure Studio Bones had something to do with that)

Oh well we were talking about marmalade boy and i said how much i loved it then i started rambling and decided to include my other all time favorite mangaka artists and got talking about CLAMP. they are amazing though. i tend to branch off the subject at times heheheehee...nothing bad i swear!
Yes, it's in japanese (thank goodness) there shipping is reasonable...i think....hold on....welll....eheheheheheheheheh...shipping depends on what you're buying. my last order consisted of volumes 2 and 3 of fruits basket $5.10 each and the Rurouni Kenshin-offiial fanbook-hiden for $9.50. i live in conn. and i think i shipped by post office not ups (or was it the other way around? i wasn't home to get it, was at school.) but the shipping for me was $6.14, heck it is from japan ya know. actually the people have the business in Cal. and they order it from Japan and you order from them. maybe that's why it doesn't cost so much. BUT i gotta warn ya, they took forever to mail my order cuz the Hiden book was outta order right after i ordered it. it was murder waiting...i waited almost 3 weeks!! i thought i was gonna die!! what really pissed my off was they didn't ship for a week and a half!!! ugh! but it was worth it for getting my mangas!!! aahhhh sigh *hugs manga* yea is that reasonable to you? the mangas are so worth it!! o yea the site is :http://www.omochabox.com
    how so?

oh, well I tend to get them mixed up. The whole story just comes into one big blurr in my head. Well then if you're there, hurry and get 5 cuz your gonna love it. It's my fave book so far. When my friends borrowed it I told them if they marked it, bent it, or got fingerprints on it I would KILL them. Of course they were real carefull because they know I keep my word.:D

You can buy it from Borders. Or maybe Software etc. (Gamestop).
That's where I usually buy mine. But they don't have it in so I have to pre-order 7 then pick it up.
