The masqueraders begin to arrive. The location: Drakemore Castle. As they approach the gate, one by one, the massive gates swing open, to reveal a large reception area, opulently decorated. As each of you enter the room, you can see a reception desk with an open book lying on it, with a pen, standing in a bottle of ink, next to it. A table, loaded with numerous refreshments, off to one side, from everything from simple water, to wine, the most exotic drinks had all been brought together. Any drink you could imagine, was there. Many beautiful tapestries decorate the walls, and plush carpets of the rarest fine-spun cloth covered the floor. The whole room screamed "taste." At the other end of the room, was another massive set of doors, this one closed. One could only wonder what lie behind it.
Princess Serenity entered the castle. Since it had been a ball that she was invited to Luna had advised that she arrive as the Moon Princess. She sighed, in this form she couldn't help but be a little less annoying and act a little more stately since she was a representation of the old and new Moon Kingdom in this form. Serenity walked towards the table intent on getting the tastiest tea she could find. Unfortunately she was still who she was and not the most graceful one yet and started felt herself begin to fall as s he tripped over the hem of her dress with one of her wails.
Kenshin walked into the big room. He noticed someone dressed as what seemed like a princess over at a table of food. He then watched as she began to fall. Using the lightning speed of the Hiten Mitsurugi Style he rushed over and grabbed her just in time before she fell. "You should becareful miss, that you should", he said to her smiling. She smiled back at him, "Thank you", she said. He then noticed she was looking at his side where his sakabatou was. "Please, pay no attention to it, it is a reverse blade sword, it can slay no one, that it can't" he said to her. He then took it out to show her. "See, the blade is on the other side, so i cannot slay a soul" he told her while putting it back in. He then turned stiff. "Another pressence is coming" he thought to hmself.
A figure, clothed in plain white traveling clothes, walked calmly through the castle gates. He noticed a young woman and a dangerous looking man standing over near the refreshment table. He moved to the reception desk, and, noticing a guest book lying open on the counter, he took the pen in his hand, and wrote, in broad, flowing script: Zelgadis He took up a position away from the the others, and studied the tapestries hanging from the walls.
A 12 years old boy, wearing his usual dark clothes, walked into the room. Inmediately as he passed the door, he saw a man and a young woman standing close to each other. "What is all that noise?" He said to himself. Looking for the reception he noticed a desk not so far away from him with a guestbook over it. "Well, someone has already signed. I should do the same" he said as he took the pen and wrote: Kokubunji Minoru Afterwards, he noticed an strange figure in the room. "Who is that guy? He may be interesting" he thought. He walked to the strange man's direction. When he was in front of him Minoru said: "I am Kokubunji Minoru. Pleased to meet you"
Mint walked into the room, wearing her Cafe Mew mew uniform. There was no way she going to reveal her identity to these people (she didn't even know them!) and going in with her uniform would probably good for the Cafe its self. Plus it was cute anyways, and would do. She noticed people signing in a guestbook and decided to do the same. After all, that was the polite and formal thing to do. Mint Aizawa After doing so, she went to get herself some tea, and at the same time examining everyone there. Nothing special, she decided, as shepoured the hot tea into a decorated teacup.
"It appears i've stumbled upon something quite interesting indeed...." said the Major to himself. He then walked up to the front desk, waiting for some answers. Wehn he got there all he saw was a guestbook, singed with about 4 or so signatures. He only singed his name quickly, and saying it out loud also: Alex Luoise Armstong From then, he stayed up, his arms around him, his eyes closed. He was calm, only waiting for what lied ahead....
Princess Serenity smiled at Kenshin as she looked at his reverse blade sword. After a moment she realized that she had yet to introduce herself and knowing that Luna would most likely be giving her a lecture on manners if she found out. "Your sword is very exquisite. It is nice to meet someone who wishes no death onto any. I am Princess Serenity but please, call me Usagi. What should I call you?" Princess Serenity asked, with a smile.
Keitaro Urashima, an unlucky failure trying to reach Tokyo U. Having just failed his second exam, he decided to take a trip to a Masquerade he had been invited to. As he entered, he looked around and noticed Sailor Moon and thought "Holy crap she's hot!". He struggled as he closed his eyes from nerviousness and slowly walked to where he first saw the only book near a pen in the room. He walked towards it very quickly with his eyes closed, and accidentally bumped into Armstrong. He opened his eyes, and when he caught a glimpse of the overmuscular man, his jaw dropped and though "HOLY S***! He's huge!" He started bowing to the huge man and apologizing for bumping into him out of fear.
i entered the open room i noticed all the different people i saw the guestbook on the desk i then went up and signed it Aeris Gainsborough i then stood still breathlessly looking at the elegant tapestries i looked around the room, so many different people i went over to a very strong looking man since none were talking to him i went over and introduced myself "hello, my name is Aeris Gainsborough"
"Princess Serenity huh", he thought to himself. "I am Himura Kenshin, but you can just call me Kenshin, " he said smiling at her. "It is nice to meet you Usagi, that it is", he said to her. Looking around the room he noticed the new arrivals and started studying them, as well as the others. "It would seem that we are here from different places but for the same reason, that it does", he said looking around the room. He noticed a very strong looking man with a much smaller, weaker man bowing to him over and over again and another person walking towards them. . He noticed a young woman in a maid outfit. "Does she work here," he wondered. He also noticed what seemed to be a young boy dressed in dark clothes talking to a man dressed in white clothes. None of them looked like they were much for talking. In fact, the only one that seemed nice was Princess Serenity, or, Usagi rather. He would keep his eyes on everyone, and his sword ready.
Princess Serenity smiled at Kenshin and said, "Why do they all keep going to that book? Are we suppose to Kesnhin?" After a moment of thought she nodded her head and said, "I guess we're suppose to... I think they're signing it." Princess Serenity walked up to the book and signed her name after a moment of hesitation. Princess Serenity (Usagi Tuskino) With that done she held out the pen to Kenshin while looking around at the others.
He took the pen and then looked at the book. Then he put the pen down on the page and wrote: Himura Kenshin "There", he said. Then following Usagi's glance saw she was looking around at all the others. She was just looking at them, one after another. "I wonder what she's thinking", he thought. "I wonder if there is anyone else coming, that i do", he said looking with Usagi at all the other visitors to this strange place.
Regarding the strange child standing before him with cold eyes, he said, "I am Zelgadis. Why is a child such as yourself here?" Zelgadis was curious. A boy, who only appeared to be 12 or 13 years old, was here, by himself. "Perhaps he's an orphan?" He wondered.
Mint noticed the new people as she took a sip of her tea. 'Oh my! That man is huge!' she exclaimed in her head, regarding the rather large, buff man. She also noticed the boy that had bumped into him. 'Oh no!' "Guys take note!" she exclaimed, directly it mostly to those two and everyone else for that matter. "I'm sure our host would not be happy to see some of us fighting when we just arrived. So please, don't do anything stupid that you'll regret. I'd hate to see all this wonderful decor be ruined by a simple misunderstanding." She just meant it a a precaution and hoped they wouldn't find it offensive and get mad at her.
"Really does my youth surprise you, Zelgadis-san?" Minoru said. The expresion in his face kept unchanged, apparently emotionless. Zelgadis's question remembered him when people couldn't believe that he builds custom persocoms. Why so much different people were together in the same room was a mistery for Minoru. "A girl dressed as a princess, a warrior, a soldier, another girl from a cafe... what are those people doing here?" he thought. Then, Minoru realized a piece of the truth. His eyes were different now, eyes with confidence in them. "I am here for the same reason as you, I am looking for 'it'." he said to Zelgadis. "He stills wonders something" Minoru thought, "What is he..." He was interrupted by a loud girl's voice. "There is something about him."
"No bowing required, young one" said Armstrong to Keitaro. He then asked him his name, the boy with still a little fear said "K-K-Keitaro". "Fear not boy, there's is nothing that you should be scared of....Although" In a somewhat serious tone "I am still trying to figure out who it actually is that invited us, or what is it we're doing here. This is very comlicated indeed..." Armstrong and Keitaro just stood there, awaitng for answers. But Keitaro just could seem to look upon the big man, since he never saw someone that big....
i seem to have misjudged the strong looking man he was indeed talking to someone i guess i will have to come back and talk to him later i wonder who i should try and introduce my self too aeris looked around the room she spotted the young princess looking young lady and samurai looking man i walked over towards them and saw i had their attention i introduced myself again since i knew i had their attention "my name is Aeris Gainsborough" i stood still waiting for a reply
At this point, a black mist began to congeal in the center of the room. It wasn't long before a form was revealed. He appeared to be a young man, not older than 25 at most. He had jet black hair, in a simple style, and was clothed in simple, yet elegant clothes. He wore black pants, a short-sleeved shirt made of silk, dyed a deep green, and a black vest that appeared to be made of the finest velvet. "Greetings! Welcome to my castle!" He said. "Although there are more of you who have yet to arrive, I, Shinryu, give you my welcome. I am sorry that I cannot stay at this moment, but I am rather busy, and have much to do. In the meantime, while we wait for the others, please, feel free to help yourself to any refreshments, and to socialize as much as you like." With this, he disappeared, in a brief flash of light, leaving his guests wondering what kind of host he was.
before i was able to hear what the samurai or princess said a figure appeared. he said he was our host and then disappered. i was starteled and it seemed like most of the others were too i then asked the princess and samurai" what are your names and what do you think of that display just now?"
