Moderators arent worshipped, nor are they meant to be worshipped. They're volunteers doing a job. They are here to make sure that the board is nonvulgar and age appropriate. They do not "get off" on power trips, most of them are over the age of 16, and they just want to do their job with as few problems as possible. Grow up, "doing your job" isn't the same thing as "Abusing your power." Pull your head from your posterior and realize it, buddy. They're only human like you and me (well, like you, maybe...).

I think he's being sarcastic and pointing out how idiotic all the "I'm leaving cause this place sux for the following reasons......" posts that have been cropping up lately are.

I'm only a n00b of a few months here, and will get the same kinda response, but maybe you should consider that this site does have a few problems, and that that's why people are joining, stayin a few days, and then leaving, and posting those annoying threads.

I don't think mod power trips are the problem by the way, and no, i'm not leaving either, i'm just sayin maybe a few things could be done to improve the site beyond giving sacrastic and pointless replies to annoying posts.

I was only trying to say that this place isnt perfect, but its ran to the best of the volunteer moderator's abilities. Its ran as maturely as possible, to the best of the moderator's extent. Ive known most of the mods for about 2 years now, been here for that amount of time, and I've not once had the urge to call them "*******." The only time they're rude to a member is when the member is being obnoxious and breaking many many rules. The security is lax here, folks. If there are some rules that are enforced that you dont like, tough. I wasn't trying to knock the moderators, or the boards, or the members.

AND I'M NOT LEAVING. IT WAS SARCASM.
