MMmmm....good new Incubus song. This is just an excuse to have an Incubus thread. And if there already is one...then this is a thread about thier new album. Anyone like Incubus and/or their new album?

 

i absoultely love this song. i cant get it out of my head. i havent heard the album yet, my funds are low. is it very good?

 

This friend of mine is absolutely Incubus obsessed. They mark one of two non-classical things he'll listen to. Really, it's disgusting.
I say a mediocre song from a mediocre band. This isn't anything really crucial to the industry or culture; it's just another pop-rock song.

 

I got the new CD a whiles back and frankly after listening to the whole CD, Megalomaniac is probably one of the worst songs on the CD (not saying it's bad, just all the songs are better than it ;P) Namely Leech, A Crow Left Of The Murder, Southern Girl, Pistola and Zee Deveel (in that order).

 

are you suggesting then that i go out and buy this CD? what is the rest of the cd like, is it like hard rock? or is it softer?

 

It's a song, It doesn't have to be revolutionary

Please remember that

Although i think that the song is okay I wouldnt buy the album based on it alone (but incubus' other work does make me want to find out about the other songs on the album)

 

its a little mix of both, i guess.

its different from the other Incubus albums, so you may not like it because of that, but i trust you that its a good listen.
