I *always* enjoy megaman games. I dunno, but I guess most of it is the nostalgia. Even the Wily Wars was a fun game. Or the one where all you do is pretty much fight bosses, in an arcade only game. The only one I really didn't much enjoy was Megaman Soccer. BUT, I did play it, and that's saying something.

Personally though, Rock (that is, Mega-) Man is getting pretty old. But, at least they always go in a slightly more different direction, even if Capcom's story producers aren't the best.

Hmm, I do gotta try out Network Transmission though, but, I'm without a gamecube. -_-

Although, it's all about MegaMan 3!!!! Why? Blues/Protoman's first appearance, and one of the best opening themes in all of videogame fandom!

Megaman is to video games as James Bond is to movies: he's been in a huge amount of games, and they always sell like made, so the series will probably never die.
I remember when I borrowed Megaman 2 from a friend's brother way back in the day. My first Megaman experience, and it was glorious. The old games were the best.
Of course, I think Super Mario still has Megaman beat for most in-game appearances, since he's been in over 40.

X6 was the last Playstation MegaMan game. After that, it's all on the PS2.

X7 is also a semi-3d game. The first of its kind in the MegaMan Xx series.

Hopefully not. I've yet to try it, but I don't think it's more like MegaMan 64/Legends (the same game, by the way) than it's like MegaMan X in semi-3d. But, like I said, I've yet to try the game out.

Oddly enough, Zero's back (again) and there's a new hero-type guy that looks a lot like Zero and X's baby. o_O. What have they been doing on their OFF TIME!?

I've only heard good things about x7 thus far, so that's good. By what I understand it switches bewteen 3d and 2d play. You also choose two characters when you start a level and switch between the two at will during the stage. So I hear anyway.

so theres x and zero like the other games,
that bites , i was hopin for newer characters
besides megaman and zero. the bosses are
new(hopefully), the levels should be new.
i just hope that this game isn't a rip off.
