Recreation minesweeper

    I am a minesweeper freak.. honestly.. to prove this, I have a picture showing how much I won and how many times I beated my original score..

    I'd like to see how many people are better than me and how fast were they able to beat me. I know it won't make a differene, but I'd rather it if you 'sign' your "screenshot" with your name or something so that it won't be stolen by others (I know it's not much of a big deal, but what the heck :p)


    P.S. If this didn't grew popular will be changed to something related to games best times or so..

    I used to play it a lot until the mouse couldn't stand it anymore :p.
    I had a really lucky game in beginner level with a record of 4 segs :eek:
    And a medium record of 53 segs. That's everything I remember of my old records.
    I'll add a picture later...

    It is really easy to hack the records window

    I play it, once in a blue moon. My record is pretty crappy compared to you others, at 16 seconds for beginner and 396 seconds for intermediate. :sad:

    Ehh, like I said, I never play it anymore, anyway, so...

    I always liked minesweeper. For me its a game to play once in a while....uhm....a big while. There's other things to play
    I wasnt half bad at the game when i tried to play it again. Begginer i got like 22 seconds and Expert like 200 something. I consider that preety good for myself.

    i play this game all the time. i only beat expert one time and haven't been able to do it since.

    Minesweeper is pretty cool when there is nothing left to do for me. But it seems like Iam the only one here that sucks at the game though...

    I tend to play it on the laptop when I'm bored, but I'm really more of a solitare man :)

    Well I can honestly say that I'm no good at Minsweepa. heh. I think I have probably won once in my life. :) I have always wondered what the stratagy to winning was....

    12 seconds as beginner, and after that, I never bothered to touch it again.

    I wont lie though, my intermediate was lucky.. usually it's around 50 something. And my little sister beat the expert one for me o^_^o . I'm not really all that good at minesweeper.

    cool.. I beated the beginner mode out of luck in 9 seconds, trying my best to beat my own scores in intermediate and expert whenever I get the chance to. But its cool that your score in intermediate and expert are better than mine, this gives me a motive to beat your score :D

    Is it true that this game is only for smart people? I heard so, and its kind of works for me, because my sister isn't this smart -even though she is an A student and I am not :p- and she never understands nor bothers to try and play this game.

    I know, it is not fair to say that ms is only played by smart people because I am sure that most of the people who said they don't know or don't bother to play it are as smart or even smarter than I am.. don't get me wrong ^^; (just saying the humor side of this)

    I wouldn't say it's for smart people. Since I don't care about the time, I can take an hour to finish the expert level and still not mind. I'd say it's more for people who like to solve problems. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to do it, you just need to think logically.

    I don't think you have to be smart to play the game. Being able to stay clam and think under pressure is probably best. I rush myself too much, trying to get it done quickly, and end up losing because of a simple mistake.

    hmm, people like to solve problems.. I think I am one of these people :p

    It was said as well that when you find a messy wire/rope/etc that you don't know where its head nor its tail, and you try to open it up to make it straight, you like solving problems as well.. I do that alot.. ALOT!! :D

    [Did you know what I mean? ^^;]

    Being in danger of stepping a land mine is a problem that anyone should be able to solve :p!

    I don't think that it is for smart people or logic at all. It is just counting ability, fast counting ability. Of course, luck is part of this game to.

    Luck is only part at the beginning. Once you've got a clear perimeter, you can solve it with simple logic. Although I've never beaten it on Expert, it's because I've only been trying to for a short time and I always lose to some simple oversight.

    At the end of the game is luck too! Expert Mode: I hate it when there are only 4-6 cells left and only 2 mines, they could be anywhere! I've beaten it just a few times.
