Mmmm, Vomit. Yummy!

Today at training the guy giving it to us passed out several boxes of these jelly beans called Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans (from the Harry Potter movie). As it turns out they have a wide assortment of flavors including (but not limited to) Green Apple, Lemon Drop, Blueberry, Cherry, Toasted Marshmallow, Buttered Popcorn, Grass, Bacon, Dirt, Earthworm, Black Pepper, Sardine, Soap, Earwax, Rotten Eggs and Vomit.

We had more fun eating those than listening to training. The damndest thing is that each jelly bean actually TASTES like what it says they do. The Popcorn tastes like Popcorn, same with the marshmallow. Dirt and Earthworm were right on target, as was pepper, soap and Sardine (they actually use Cod Fish to flavor that one...). The worsts ones were Vomit (Which actually smelled like puke- made me feel like I wanted to hurl) and Bacon (which tastes like Bacon... really gross in a Jelly Bean). Rotten Eggs was, by far, the foulest of them all. I put it in, took one bite, and spat it right back out. It was horrendous. We had a lot of fun with that one.

"Hey dude, what flavor is this?"

"Oh, this one? It's buttered popcorn."

"Really, lemme try it [munch]"

"..."

"OH MY GOD [Blegh] That was NOT popcorn!!]

These beans are fun. We had a good time with them. They'd be a nice little gift for your Ex, or your teacher, or that boss you wish would simply keel over and be done with it. The box calls them a "Magical Treasure Hunt", but believe me they are far from Magical. Halariously gross, jelly beans- what will they think of next?

LOL good one wert. Yeah, those things looked like fun (my cousin had the box, although it was empty). Interesting thing to pass out to your fellow shipmates. Just imagining a bunch of you guys, sitting around eating jelly beans from Harry Potter like a bunch of jr high/high schoolers
