Oh dear, this is something my brother will love this. He thinks she's the greatest thing since sliced bread...

That would be cool if they let her act in the movie (sorry if it's mentioned. I didn't read the article, just the main stuff about it).

It's one of those movies that will come on a odd month and bring in 40-60 million.

They want to make it on the lines of Save the Last Dance...which I think is somewhat of a mistake. Sure, it could be horrible, or it could be decent. It's being treated like a brilliant idea, hollywood nabs it, and throws a pair of their writters on it, movies shouldn't work that way...but alas, most do. Oh well.

 

That's the cycle of crap for you.

1.Make shitty song
2.Have people go crazy over it
3.become popular
4.annoy the **** out of people
5.make a ****in movie

That's how the Spice Girls did it.And I STILL have nightmares.Their movie was one of those great American disasters.Everyone knows that it happened.Except no one talks about it.

 

i cant wait to see this! she is like uber kool and i am not being sarcastic! i dont care if she is a poser or whatver i love her music and you go gurl!

 

Oh! I wanna see this! I don't care what people say, I love Avril and this movie looks like it could be really good!

lol. can't wait. i love it how they try to make her lyrics sound intelligent and deep. great stuff!. like it hasn't been done 50 times before. (where are those awsome movies?) she probably didn't even write them.
my hearts go out to the poor script writers. it must be hard to put your heart into a movie that isn't your idea, is BAD. and i mean BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD, and because they must know its doomed from the start and will only stain their careers. (unless they're already stained too badly anyway.)

 

i dont think they give a crap as long as they make their big bux. and wut you mean she dont write em? I read up on her, she does write em. Well thats what they say, but i believe it. I have her CD, and i think she rocks, for a poser. I can get into this movie, fore i liked Save The Last Dance aswell. I dunno, even if it does turn out to be a crappy wannabee movie, i think it will be worth a watch.

 

personal i think avril blows
after i watched rove live the other week, i hated her....
she talks like, err, like, like, like, like, like (says like alot)
and when she sings, it's plain and dull
but wat u heard on cd's and radio etc are just the 'masked' version of her singing....
proves wat digital remastering can do these days......

but her songs are good, just now i noe wat she REALLY sounds like, i think twice.......

Maybe it's a good thing.
When the movie flops she'll probably disappear and never bother us again.
I'm more puzzled over the fact the the article says it took 3 writers to "co-write" the song with her!

 

someone please kill me. i mean don't let this happen it will ruin her career and i like her a lot
