Creative Writing my angel

Well... this is something different then I usually write.. at the least thats what I think. My english isnt THAT great so.. if you see something weird, please tell me


My hands they reach so far away
they try to touch, what they so dearly want to touch
I cry out your name, I am desperate
but my voice fades in the wind
My feet they are so tired of running
theyve brought me here, where I am now
but this place is empty
I drown in lonelyness
it doesnt matter where I go
it doesnt matter how hard I try
it doesnt matter now
I cant get to you

I dont want to feel like this
I dont want to miss you so
I dont want to wander
but It would take angel
to be with you now

Most of my poems have a meaning.. and I mean a meaning for myself.. like.. well this one is about me kinda.. not really ofcourse cause I dont want an angel.. but.. >.< you know

 

I think it is good that you write like that. Putting yoruself into what you write makes it special. I hope you keep it up. And I like the poem by the way. I think of it as someone who has lost someone important and they miss them.

 

yes that is true, you are completely right. Though you could also somehow see it as someone that really wants someone but cant reach them, which is sort of the same. But here the person misses his beloved one.
