Good job, though it is not one of your best, it is still really good.

I think it's really nice! the hair is drawn really well I think, but I also think some of the other eye should be visible.. because right now it looks a bit like it's missing o.o

I could have sworn I've posted here. Ah well, Okami your drawing is nice but not your best work as mentioned.
It's ok if you want to cover up one eye since it's your choice to design the hair style, but I suggest the following:

    1. Try to make the curvature of the face more oval like or round than draw a pointy triangle like chin.
    2. The eyes: the top line shoud be bolder than the bottom on. The eye lashes should match with the eye. big eyes require big lashes small require a little smaller.
    3. Anatonmy: The neck should be longer, shoulder would be about 90 degrees to the neck.

I've tried editing your piccy, I hope you don't mind:

i actually like the pointed chin style. I think it goes well with the type of eye(s):D that you used. I also like the sloped shoulders. (sorry suzi:p ) if you removed the collarbone lines it would put a nice body angle to the drawing, but you've drawn the colarbones on a different angle so it makes it clash. sloped shoulders look particually good on feminine and younger characters. The shoulders on suzi's remake look more like they belong to a masculan male figure. I guess it depends on what sort of character you were drawing. ( the pointed chin suggests the former to me anyway.)

you would see the other eye under the hair tho, but who really cares?. just call it surrealism:D . nice pic.

Ah, yeah..i kinda like the first pic more too.. eh, sorry. I think it looks a bit more natural if the shoulder curves down a bit. So i wouldn't do it as in 90 degrees. And isn't it a part of the mangaish look that she has that pointy chin? Not sure 'bout this but almost all the manga i've seen has this pointy type chin. The eye...i wont say anything but that i think both of them are good.

Maybe the ear should be a bit more ...detailed?

I dunno...again i'm getting this feeling that i'm babbling a lot of nonsense here. good work anyway.

Ah well Suzu is not the greatest artist in the world

I see what your saying poom, thanx for pointing that out :)
I guess a slant would be better. I prefer the original than mine rework, Okami's drawing looks so young and feminine, mine looks like a man!!!:glazed:

The chin I drew isn't that perfect either, cuz I rushed anyway :)

I'd be the last person to critique since I'm only an amatuer :p
Okami we would definetly love to see more ;) and I really am sorry if you did not like me to rework your drawing

*Finally sees image, pesky tiff files...*

I like it. ^_^ It's good to see some good ol' pencil art every once in a while. I'm sick of teh elaborate CG beautifulness. *.* (Especially since I suck at doing it ^_~)

Anyhoo, good job, the only thing I can say as far as stuff to work on is teh left shoulder is a bit "flatter". Btw, I'd liek to see soem more of your art!

You see I COULD draw like this BUT I am like stuck on perfecting eyes all the time and thats why I dont include them on alot of drawings or I just get off topic I am going to go draw now as a matter of fact!
