Creative Writing My little Rant. <3

It seems almost obsessive to talk about it,
Angst is made cheap by forced rhetoric.
And little boys and girls in black
Trying to feed you uneducated smack.

Trash talk for the emo kids;
Take the pills and cut your wrists.
Make the threats and paint them red,
But if you're so emo, why arn't you dead?

Everything you preach is false,
You're not willing to die at all costs,
Safety pins don't kill, you know
And taking Tylenol isn't the way to go.

Wanna die?
Give it a try.
Stop babying out,
Or having a good cry.

You're worthless?
So's this arguement.
Sell it green,
Be part of the scene.

Scene kids don't cut, they 'pretend'.
And once they've stopped sobbing, they do it again.
Fake pearls and emo glasses,
Always late to their classes.

And goths, they're just plain stupid.
Nihilistic tendencies don't make you worth it.
Damn right we don't like you, you're out playing corpse.
Pretending to be dead and buried or worse.

You listen to bands that scream and whine,
Like emo on acid with less play time.
You can't make the radio when everything is 'f*cked'.
You need actual lyrics if you want to strike luck.

But I rest my case with these drama filled lines,
I'm bound to piss off a few people online.
They think they're so bad@ss because they're drunk,
But lemme just say, we all think you're a punk.

 

Lol. Liked the first part, kids killing themselves and cutting. I can't put down emO kids any longer because I used to cut and do most of the stuff you ridiculed in this poem. Hmm and I pretty much think I am a badass because I get high and drunk. So, nawh you ain't pissing me off. Your just saying your opinion while ryhming. Good work.

Heh, I guess I'm old enough to tease all those kinds of people. I grew outta my 'emo' phase along time ago.
