Manga my manga.. or it plot..

im new here, like minutes new, so i dont know exactly where to start but this seemed like a good idea, seeing as how im dying for input.. so here my song and dance..
ok for like the past few months ive wanted to finally make my own manga. and im finally working on it, there are only a few more things i need before i start to draw it all out, like finalize names, dialog, ang layout and of course character sketches.. but before i get started i would like some opinions on the opening plot.. here it is, ill try to summerize it as best i can.

the protaganist is a 17 yr old girl names vero, who isnt anything but average.. she is one of three protypes called 'deloreans'.. she got this name from a surgery she got when she was 4.. her kidneys failed, and the only way she would survive is through a controversial implanting that would suspend her kidneys and keep her alive, but it ran on a battery that ran for 2 months, than needed to be replaced by the doctor would put the devise in. it was sucessful, except that the device was visable, on her back over where her kidneys, were two wing shape counters, much like the counters on the car from 'back to the future', thus she is called a delorean..
up until this point everything has worked like the clock work it is.. until now, 15 years later, the doctor is getting old, and the dirty money he used to fund the percedures is catching up with him.. so he now need to find a way to make vero self-sufficent, incase he cant get the money in time.. more than his life are on the line.
vero, on the other hand, unaware of the danger she is in live her life, not an ordanary life, but she's alive.. she lives with a roomate in califronia.. her mother remarried and moved away and her father died shortly after the surgery 13 yrs ago. she is mature for her age, and happy on the outside, but inside things are going wrong..
she has a neglectful boyfriend, who spends the night so much, that he practically lives there, but is always gone when she wakes.. she grows more and more lonely, even though she has friends, and this has to do in part with the strange, almost too real dreams she has begun to have[unknown to her that it because of the devise.. its hooked up to her nervous system and is interferring with her usual train of thoughy], of someone she cant remember ever meeting, but swears she knows.. all the while her clock clicks down.. she notices people watching her, and is on the brink of paranoia when everything begins to fall into place..

ok, that a summery, quite a few people and misadventures are left out for the sake of space and my tired fingers..
please, questions, comments, critism, are all welcome... i need your thought and advice!

Well, in my opinion... In all honesty... not bad (but if you really know me and the plots I come up with and such, that might not be much of a compliment :dizzy2: But take it as you will). I'm willing to check out pretty much anything new. Sounds like a nice idea/plan to me, and it'd be nice to see a finished product, or see some character sketches and such.

 

actually, it's it's going to all be falling into place soon. thinking and writing is done.. drawings though are coming along. the layout is almost fininshed at this point, and some characters are finished while others ive decided to revamp to fit there characters more, you know.. the little details.. but.. i unfortunately i dont have a scanner.. so at this moment, nothing will be posted in the ways of my art.. *sigh* thats my big set back at this time..

thank you, ArkAnjil! i do take it as a compliment.. uhm, im going to try my best to have some sketches scanned by my friends, if poosible, asap!!

Heheh, be proud, I don't give compliments often (okay, maybe I do)... besides, I can't give negative comments... it would either be deleted or just read "(censored)". Jus' kiddin'. Anyways, can't wait to see some of those sketches.

 

ArkAnjil, even if you give compliments like water i wouldnt mind! its still sweet! i dont get many so im enjoying it very much, especailly cause of all ive put into it..

It does sound intruiging, and I'm not just saying that. I would really like to see some scans, but if it can't be done, it can't be done. I got some ideas myself, but I don't think I have the 4rt sk1llz yet.
