Video Games name changes?

hmm i was wundering if ne of you change your name when playing a game. like in games like rpgs (pokemon, final fantasy) if you change the name of the person you play as (from ash to...from tidus to..., etc). and wut you change it to, if you do. they also have these name changes in shootting games sumtimes (also when played online) and sports games sumtimes. sooo wut do yoou call yourself when playing video games?

i call myself minjigga. if i change it at all.

 

In almost every game I call him Adam (me). In Halo I named him qwe123456789, and in Chrono Cross I left it as Serge because that sounds cool. In Star Ocean you can change there name anytime, from Bob, to Pete, to ..Teddz..lol

 

....Right.

I usually have a "über" version of Teddz.

Exampel: In WarCraft III i am always night elves, so My Name changes into Tedz il Dahl

StarCraft: Captian Teddz

Diablo: Volrath (Paladin) Sîrendil (Sorceress). ( Influence from basiclly Fanatasy books and Magic )

Heroes of Might & Magic: Lord Teddz, Tédz il Vec, Greven Tedz etc.

My sources often comes from magic the gathering cards, fanatasy books. I make up a name that suits the charatcher or team that i am

 

I named all of the characters in FF9 to the names of the Burn Up W characters.

 

i like calling my main guy John, thats me, if not that then, i call
him Mog.

 

Name changing huh? I must admit that I rename my chracters all the time. One name I take pride in is calling Cloud... Cloud Boy. I donno it was random and I always call him that. All my other games I just chose random Japanese or Korean names. Some names in games are too dull so I liven them up a bit. The name has to fit though.

 

i always change names, but in ff7 i only changed clouds and red 13's name. i gave red his real name and it is just palin funny to see that part where they tell us his real name which is nanakie! you should all try it !

 

In all the games i play i usally name him Nick{cause thats my real name} or naken or shadow link

 

I usually don't, unless my name is taken.

 

My online handle is always Nathakue.

For most video games, I leave the names the same. (Ie. Cecil (FFIV) will always be Cecil) but for online games and games that there are no defaults, I (obviously) use Shinryu.

However, the name is taken in so many online games that I came up with a bunch of back-ups, just in case. Among them are, Shinryuu (usually taken), Saint, Ebony Dragon (don't ask), and my random FF1 remake names, Chiju, Dejon, Purin, and Vurot. Let's see someone take those! (Yes, they really are random)

[EDIT]On Diablo II, I'm Chiju. Some jerk took Shinryu, and some other jerk took Shinryuu. I never play online anymore, though. It's probably expired.

 

Kaiyon....thats always my name. But If I know the name of the real character, i leave the original version. Exept for FFVII. Heh!

Usually I end up picking Zero...I dont know why But I have always liked it. If not than I Just stick to my normal name...
