    well you know.. some animes look like cartoons plus gigantor is a old anime =)

    That rule is still fuzzy. I guess at this point it's still a case by case basis. Japanese origin doesn't automatically mean that it is anime.

    At this point let's just move on and keep a leery eye in the future.

    I would have to agree. People have different opinions on animes. Here could be an idea check http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page if it says animated series it is a cartoon. If it says from a manga or anime it is anime. Simple enough? Most we can tell though.

    It is shinigami's turn I do believe.

    I am guessing the alley cats from Aristocats. Alley band cats maybe. Or Scat Cat and his band of swingin' jazz cats. They are playing "Ev'rybody Wants to be a Cat."
