    Correcto! :D Well, not quite, but close enough :)

    The dog is the famous "Spike" from the Droopy cartoons. This particular cartoon is named "Magical Maestro", and its about an opera singer, The Great Poochini, who kicks out a magician from the place. The magician disguises as the director, and begins doing magic on Poochini to get even, transforming him on various characters - all of them keep singing, which is what makes the cartoon so funny :)

    Hmmm. I am thinking of a few. Like Dinosaucers. Or Diplodos. But the one that really sticks to me is Teenage Mutant Ninja Dinosaurs. Okay that part I was kidding. Does anyone remember when that dinosaur was on with the turtles. Apparentily some rock gave him the power? He did put on a trench coat at once. See the turtles did run around in a van and wear trench coats to hide there identy. Or was that with the Rescue Rangers. Did those help at all Teddz?
