    It's sad that we won't be seeing Naruto again... but now Kishimoto is going to introduce us to Kakashi's past, with the Forth Hokage, and Obito.

    I can't wait to see the Fourth Hokage in action!
    In the side story, Kakashi personality is different than the Kakashi we all know. It's as if Obitio is the Kakashi we all know, and Kakashi is someone else...

    For me, I felt Obito was the Naruto and Kakashi was a snotty Sasuke. I don't understand what age Kakashi is. He must have had the opportunity to take the chuunin exams early as well. The intro said 'Around 10 years ago' It must be more around 15? Because Yondaime is still alive.

    I think its probably cuz of Obito that he's acting like that (if it wasn't obvious already), probably so he wouldn't forgot about him.

    Its probably supposed to be 15 years ago, but I guess that's why it said "around 1o years ago..."

    The fourth Hokage: Konoha's Yellow Flash! =^o^=! Go! BTW does anyone know the fourths real name? I reread chpt 239 and found out that the third person on Kakashi's team is Rin... ^_^ Baka-Suzu... I missed it out...

    I don't think they revealed that yet. But you can always call him Yondaime for now.

    There's one thing that has been bothering me though, if Yondaime was the "Yellow Flash", how come he was late when they had to fight Kyuubi? Odd.

    Personally, I really believe that they're taking the structure of Naruto/Sasuke/Sakura/Kakashi and duplicating it way too much. I mean, the Sannin was a cool enough reflection - the parallel was okay, and one could really see the similarities. But did they really have to make another near-duplicate in this? It'd be nice to see something new, after all. :p

    I still think it's way hard on Obito and Rin, to have one of their colleagues, same age? become a jounin. You think Obito is still a genin there? hopefully Rin and Obito both are Chunin, but still. For me, I'd get depressed, work harder maybe..

    Well the mystery of the scar is almost solved... :) I wonder if Rin is still alive, I mean after the Kyubi and everything...

    Well, it seems Kakashi's issues about his father will be fixed..but.. it's interesting.. I dunno I lost a bit of interest in Naruto.

    Is it because of Kakashi? :sweat: I want to know more about the fourth Hokage. I hope by the next chapter we'll be seeing more of the "yellow flash" action :D

    He makes a breif appearance in 242 preparing for an attack, so there might be something to look forward in 243.

    Also in 242, Its revealed how Kakashi got his scar and Obito unlocks his sharingan

    The way they just killed Obito off and gave his sharingan to Kakashi somehow just seems wrong. Also, Rin must have been a great medical ninja to have been able to do the surgery so quickly.

    I also don't like the way Obito died. I mean we all pretty much knew that he was going to die, but it was fast and i thouhgt some other ninja would kill him but the whole rocks or whatever was just stupid. He should of had a different more appealing death. And Obito was pretty fast on deciding to give up his eye.

    I agree with all of you. It was gross and too sad. How Obito saved Kakashi (Kakashi saved Obito, and got his eye damaged, and then got hit by a rock since it was in his left eye blind spot) I don't know if in that fraction of a second Obito cared only about his friend's/team-mate's safety or the debt to pay was in there as well.

    I think the whole quick death of Obito and giving his eye to be not very true to the Naruto style.. people die fighting difficult battles, but most people.. well they don't die. Now we have Kakashi's story, his father dishonors himself doing what he thinks best and then commits suicide. Obito dies from having his whole right side crushed instantly by boulders.. how could he talk? It's just sad, how he awakened the sharingan only to die.

    It was very touching how he gave his eye as a present to Kakashi, but I thought that too convenient a set-up. Also, I wonder, would Itachi have killed off Obito too, or would Obito have been stronger to kill off Itachi during the Uchiha massacre time.

    Obito would probably be stronger, since he has age(experience) over Itachi and Obito was striving to become better than Kakashi (kinda like Naruto to Sasuke, which means he will get stronger, or would have).

    But Obito's death kinda makes sense, its probably the most realistic thing to happen in the whole story. Not all ninja can be special. It still looks wrong though.

    ... how do all you peoples know what happens that far away in the chapters? do you go to a website or something? because i just came back from japan today and they only had up to book #25 (ch. 218-226) and that was the farthest it went up too...

    But how do you explain Kakashi's later behaviour? I mean, being late with all his silly excuses. Is the Obito's sharingan affecting Kakashi or it's just someway to remember Obito?
