Naruto Naruto Pilot Manga Special

My question:
I just don't understand what going on in this special. Anyone would like to explain what's going on... ^_^

Who is the Chief? IS he Sarutobi (third hokage)?
Is Naruto's Father nine tails? Or was the nine tails sealed inside his body? Or was the child of the ninetails sealed into Naruto?

 

i don't really understand your question but...

possible spoilers...

at first, sarutobi was the head person of konoha village but after he died, tsunade came to become the 5th hokage. so now she's in charge. so i guess you could say that they're chiefs...

the nine tail fox demon thing was put inside of naruto. so the fox is not narutos father or the child of the nine tails was not put into naruto. the whole giant fox was sealed into him. that's why naruto has both the blue and red chakura.

i'm sorry. but i'm not too good at explaining things as you may see... but i hope that kinda answered your questions.

 

About the pilot, I never really read it cuz it looked so horrible... but I''ve read ABOUT it.

Basically, the storyline is different from the real manga.

The chief is the leader of the village, he isn't related to Any Hokages.
Naruto is the Ninetails child.

Thanks for the summary. So this means the story in not related in any way to the original story of the manga. Just a conceptual world...
