    November is National Novel Writing Month. Check this site out and see if you dare take the challenge... I'm still considering it. ^_^;

    Neat, but I care too much about The War of a Thousand Stars to rush through it, plus I plan on having well more than 175 pages.

    You know, that's really interesting, and I think it's a pretty cool idea, but why now, right around midterms? No chance I could call a collection of my exams a novel, right? It probably will be around 175 pages ...
    Anyway, I'm more of a progressive writer, so I couldn't write more than a few short stories in a good month, unless that's all I do. It took me about a month and a half to write my novella, and that was only like 32k words or so.

    That's the nutsest writing idea I've ever heard! Too bad it's already 10 days into the month (1/3 of the allowed time has gone)! But oh well... maybe for fun I'll write a 50-page novella in a week.

    I'd enter if I could get rid of my writer's block.

    Actually I think this is the most anti-writer's block kind of writing around, since the story doesn't even have to be good! I started a few nights ago, just writing about everyday things. Choke pages let you eventually start a plot going after a few pages of writing. I think it might work.

    I thought about this when I first saw the post, but then realized something. I'm in school, AND I need to finish the, oh, NINE other novels I'm writing before I get into another. *rubs head*

    No, by writer's block, I mean that when I pick up a pencil, all I can write is my homework, and I don't think algebraic equations are accepted.
