Art Need help of a willing artist!

Hello. Is there anyone out there who wouldn't mind drawing an insignia for my Guild in the anime style? I've tried to draw anime, but I suck.
If someone is interested, I have a picture of what I'd like my insignia to be based on. This insignia is what I drew, trying to do it in an anime style but I didn't succeed.
It doesn't matter if the picture is colored or not. And for the person who does this picture, I will give credit to them. And if they have a website, I'll place a link to it on my site .

What is this Guild you mentioned? Is it a club at your school or something you formed online? Also, can we make the insignia a lil differently from the example, say, reposition the arms/head?
